Collingswood Diner in Oaklyn

Nice diner feel. Quite rude staff. Walked in to an empty host stand and 5 servers staring at us, with no hello or we'll be with you in a minute. Tried to order an omelette, menu reads "All omelettes come with home fries or grits" tried to order the country omelette (has bacon sausage cheese and home fries in it) with grits instead of the home fries since they are in the omelette and they said that would be an extra charge. They considered the home fries in the omelette as the amount that comes with all omelettes. Food was plane and bland.

My boyfriend and I just love to eat here together. I would definitely recommend anyone to go eat here. Great service all around 👍❤️.

The service was great. The people were very nice. The bathroom was clean. That's where it ends. My food wasn't cooked completely. My mashed potatoes were cold. The Cole slaw was tasteless. The credit card machine wouldn't work at checkout "because the lights flickered." Apparently this is a regular problem. Maybe they should fix it.

Myself and some other friends go there at least 2 Sundays out of the month. The works there are friendly. And give us great service. The food is pretty good. Specials are nice. You have a good variety of choices

Food is not bad for a quick bite to eat ...prices are pretty reasonable. Waitress was friendly . Bathroom was clean.

The food is delicious and plentiful. Everyone was very happy and friendly. Our waitress was OK not very attentive to us, but I noticed that the other waitresses were to their customers. A nice quiet place to have a great meal.

Its been a while since , I have visited this place, .. however it was nice, family friendly environment, the food was decent and the staff was genuine.. I may have to come back soon

Good diner with good portions. I'd definitely be coming back. I do see frequent police activity, but this seems to be to help some of the patrons find their way back home. I have not felt unsafe or does it detract from the meal.

Why would you advertise free Wi-Fi on your placemat and everywhere and there's no wi-fi could be found every time I come in there is it a money issue is it a lying issue is the Wi-Fi broken

So much have changed since my party days and this was our hang out afterwards. It's great to see it's still here and still a great place to eat.

I often go their on dates or alone. Love their breakfast food especially their Scrapple, They recently fixed the place up & its really beautiful inside now

Just tried to order and ask about my allergies and the manager was so rude. Female, raspy voice. I’ve never experienced such disrespect and ignorance. I asked if she had any gluten free options hoping there may be pizza (I know I can have fruit and eggs and such) but she literally stated that they had NO gluten free options very rudely and dismissive. Not a friendly place I’ll ever be going to.

It's okay. The food was not outstanding. The service is very friendly and courteous. We waited a long time for our food, but we were there when their air conditioning was broken and so I think that slowed everyone down. Kids menu is overpriced and the macaroni and cheese looks like the stuff you get from a box. I wouldn't go out of my way to return, but we were fed and nothing was terrible.

This spot is fantastic and spacious, the menu was enchanting and the prices were very fair. quick, efficient service and very personal staff members. Highly recommended.

I would give the food 3 stars (average diner food no more no less) but the service knocks them down to 2. I've been here multiple times and pretty sure I've never had a sober waitress (which I guess is to be expected for a diner basically in Camden). I really want to like this place considering how close I live to it but they make it really hard not to be dissatisfied about something at the end of the meal.

Came here last night around 7p.m. and the place was bare. Fortunately for us this was NOT a sign of things to come - as we were pleasantly surprised by our meals! I had chocolate chip pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. (I always feel like you can judge a diner on how good its breakfast food is) husband had the "Grecian burger" which was a beef patty on pita bread, with feta cheese and tzatziki sauce. We both could not believe how great everything was! Crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, and I appreciate the chocolate chips actually being in every bite vs. just clumped in the middle. Burger was cooked perfectly and the sauce was 😋 The place was also super clean, and shout-out to our waitress CherAnn who was a doll 👋 Maybe this spot is more poppin on the weekends - because it definitely should be!

Why I love NJ Diners: incredible portions, tasty food, fast & friendly service!

Good food, better than one would expect from your average diner. For you southerners while it maybe NJ, they know how to make grits.. Staff was good and attentive but it was late and we were only ones there.

Top notch catering. We used the smaller 1st floor room for a bridal shower for 65 people. Perfect size. Chicken Parmesan, Penne ala Vodka, and Green Beans Almondeen were all very good.

He had the sampler dish, I has a hot corned beef special with fries. Both were very good. He expected the chicken fingers to be slimmer; more easily eaten with fingers. But everything tasted good. On the way out he purchased a 3 pack of sugar cookies with M&Ms, they were horrible -- threw them out doe the birds.

I live in Collingswood but I will drive almost anywhere for good food. The waitresses are friendly. The food is good and portions are large. This place has a small town feel which I love. It is very close to my home. My husband and I go there often. I just wish they would switch up the menu more. I'm running out of choices. Overall I would definitely recommend this diner to friends and family.

Clean, modern, with fast service and ample parking. Its located at Rte 130 & W Horse Pike, close to major highways.Food was very good, typical diner menu. Very fast turn around once ordered.Ive lived around here for most of my life. This was my 2nd visit here ever. I think I'll return more often.
